Çukurova Defence Showcased Defense Mobility and Engineering Solutions at IDEF 2025
Çukurova Defence successfully participated in IDEF 2025, the 17th International Defence Industry Fair held in Istanbul, bringing together military delegations, government representatives, defense industry professionals, and industry stakeholders from various regions of the world.
Recognized as one of the most important international events in the defense industry, IDEF provides a significant platform for introducing new technologies, fostering partnerships, and evaluating future defense requirements.
During the exhibition, Çukurova Defence presented its multi-purpose chassis platforms and engineering support solutions developed for defense, security, and special mission applications.
The exhibited platforms included:
- 10-Ton Multi-Purpose Platform equipped with a domestically manufactured axle
• 14-Ton Multi-Purpose Platform
• 16-Ton Multi-Purpose Platform
• Fast Armoured Backhoe Loader (FABHL)
Among the showcased products, the 10-ton Multi-Purpose Platform equipped with a domestically manufactured axle attracted particular attention from visitors. The platform stood out as a significant example of Çukurova Defence’s commitment to localization initiatives and the development of indigenous capabilities in critical subsystems.
The multi-purpose platforms drew attention with their flexibility, which enables the integration of various mission-specific systems and superstructures, as well as their high mobility and operational durability.
Another highlight of the exhibition was the Fast Armoured Backhoe Loader (FABHL), a specialized vehicle developed with the requirements of military engineering units in mind. Combining high mobility with advanced crew protection features, the FABHL was presented to visitors as an effective solution for demanding engineering support missions.
Throughout IDEF 2025, the Çukurova Defence team conducted numerous productive meetings with military delegations, defense industry organizations, and business partners. The exhibition made a significant contribution to strengthening existing partnerships, exploring new business opportunities, and exchanging views on future projects.
