Cukurova Makina, which was established in 1968 to produce agricultural machinery within the framework of a license agreement with John Deere, produced 26,250 machines in 18 years. In 1986¸ the Company has started to manufacture earth moving and industrial machines under its own license and brand name “ÇUKUROVA.” The company’s outstanding products include; forklift trucks; backhoe loaders; wheel loaders and excavators. Products are assembled at the Company’ manufacturing facility located in Tarsus-TURKIYE.
Within a few years the Company has increased its market share noticeably in both local and global market by reaching a valuable sales volumes over 50 countries in the world. Besides operating in Europe¸ Africa¸ Middle-East, CIS, Asia and Latin America countries under the network of its esteemed dealers, Çukurova Makina has dedicated itself to expand its dealer network in world-wide by considering full customers satisfaction and to cover all their needs. All new and current products are blended by worldwide known components and latest technologies; combined with concentrated power¸ high performance¸ safety and extreme user friendliness; testedand certified by notified Certification Bodies and now Ready to be a Major Player in all markets. Currently¸ the Company holds the ISO 9000:2015 Quality System Management Certificate from the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) and supported by TUBITAK for its RD activities.
A LEGACY OF INDUSTRY AND GROWTH
Established in 1923 as a textile mill in Tarsus, a small city along the Mediterranean coast of southern Turkey, Çukurova quickly grew into a conglomerate within industrial sector especially in the area of textile and construction machinery. Coming from a strong legacy of industrial sector as its traditional field of activity, the Group has always placed significant emphasis on its industrial operations. As the Group progressed , it acknowledged that further penetration into other sectors was necessary to meet its ambitious strategic targets. To achieve these targets, Çukurova undertakes all its endeavors based on a philisophy rooted in development and innovation. As a result of its investments in various other business avenues, today, the Group has come to be globally recognized with operations in many different sectors such as industry, construction, communication and information technologies, media, tarnsportation and services, financial services and energy.
The Group is also active and proud contributor to the advancement of Turkish society, with a tradition of undertaking large infrastructure projects.

Priority target within the scope of applied research activities ; to identify the Cukurova’s customers problems which could be solved with the knowledge and technology in the field of our activity and to ensure the realization of solutions by doing R&D on these fields beyond the known technics.
In order to achieve our objectives; technology trends are followed closely, being operated with international technology platforms and projects. We progress in cooperation with world leader universities, research centers or companies which are in the field of our strategic research, find solutions in these areas that make a difference and make experimental productions.
